Monthly stats between the last two months are out for Lancaster County Nebraska. Numbers have increased and days on market decreased which means homes selling faster compared to March. New listings increased for existing homes.
Nationally existing home sales fell 3.6% month-over-month and 1.0% year-over-year according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
